**Postponement or cancellation due to weather or COVID state/county cancellations

• We recognize this event is subject to weather.  In the event of a delayed start or postponement, your sponsorship will still apply and be used. 

• In the case of a complete cancellation, we request that you consider allowing us to apply your sponsorship to the 2024 Scramble for Scholarships event.  We would make a generous representation of your logo on social media in 2023 as compensation.  This would allow us to continue our grant efforts for 2023-2024.
